PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

• When uploading a picture you confirm that all rights to the picture rest with you and that the picture is free of third party rights.
• In clear text: Please take particular care to ensure that your pictures do not violate applicable copyrights and also that they do not violate any rights of publicity! This means for instance for Artworks/Collagen you may not use any third party logos/stolen pictures – in principle, no pictures from the internet, etc.
• As any violations of these rights are not immediately noticeable we, as the operator of Concert Online, must additionally safeguard ourselves as follows: If, contrary to expectations, your picture is not free of the rights of third parties you agree to release Music Networx, on first request, from any claims enforced by third parties which may arise from disputes with respect to the picture transmitted by you and published in the context of this picture upload feature. In the event of a legal dispute, the sender will reimburse to Music Networx all the attorneys' fees and any costs incurred in legal proceedings.
• You declare that you are in agreement herewith and that your entries may be published. In this regard, you transfer to Concert Online, unreservedly and irrevocably, all rights of use in your entries in particular, but not limited to, for the pictures to be used in all media for any purpose whatsoever (incl. editorial work, for advertising purposes, sales promotions, etc).
• Concert Online reserves the right to remove offensive material or pictures which we may deem as unsuitable.
• The judges' decision is final.
